Recommendations for ammo storage

[esskay]

Thought I'd let you guys what I ended up buying for the ammo storage:

http://www.edsal.com/index.php?com=Catalogue&type=Storage%20Cabinets&group=223&groupName=Heavy%20Duty%20Industrial%20Storage%20Model%203000%20-3001&deckcheck=1

36" wide x 78" high x 24" deep, and holds up to 750 pounds with a locking door. Got it online for $340 including delivery.

Looks like a nice cabinet! How does that weight rating work out per shelf?

750/5=150? Should be sufficient for all calibers unless you stock it full of 30mm's

Agreed, and I expect that the actual loading would be more like 200lbs per shelf - they always build in a safety factor.
