www.botachtactical.com a scam??? any experiences anyone?

So far 85% of the reviews I've read claimed that this website is not reputable and is rated an F for FAIL. Can I get some honest feedback please? Also if you know where I can buy some merchandise from some straight forward people please link it here. I am looking for a Knoxx SpecOps stock, Power pak, slings and other goodies. Thanks in advance.

I've never bought from them. I have friends who have who have been satisfied and others who haven't. Your mileage may vary.

I only buy from them if it's an offer too good to refuse. I've had a 50% success rate, but never lost any money to them.

If it's just a few bucks, buy from someone else.

It's not a scam. They are a big opperation and little fish easily get missed from my experience. I was doing Marijuana Eradication several years ago and ordered some things from them about a month before we started. Needless to say the week before we started I still had not received my order so I called and canceled and ordered from another online company. Haven't ordered anthing from them since.

I bought from BoTac last year and after I purchased the items I decided to look them up and I heard nothing but horror stories. After reading all these stories of people getting screwed I was kind of bummed…There was obviously nothing I could do at this point so I just patiently awaited my package and it arrived on time and everything was just as promised. I then referred them to two of my co-workers and they also had no problems. We all ordered the Streamlight TLR2’s (C4) with GG&G rail Adapters for our USPs.

They have great prices, better than I have seen so I’m thinking maybe the competitors are writing this stuff (bad ratings etc.) online to make people second guess purchasing from them.

I've bought from them with no problems in the past... but I ALWAYS double and triple check to confirm that what I've ordered is actually in stock.

I have had no problems with them. I purchased an eotech from them and they sent me a wrong model (an upgraded model). I contacted them about the mistake and they told me to just go ahead and keep the upgraded model at no cost.

Too many places with great customer service to bother dealing with a business with such a bad reputation for poor customer service.

Bought 2 Aimpoint H1 and my buddy picked up a colt 6940 monolithic upper from them and have had no problems. They shipped the H1 quick but took 2-3 days to ship the upper.

I'll spend a few more dollars usually to help out one of our vendors here. I like some of the KZ products that they have like the stubby VFG, and other oddball stuff like HK hooks and connectors of sorts, but will spend money on good service instead. I could have gotten a scope for $20 cheaper but went through scott @ liberty optics and service was awesome as usual. Just get what you're looking for from a reputable guy here and call it a day. Its worth it in the long run to buy from someone who will take care of you.
