Ever time I buy something from them I use the chat support to make sure they actually have the thing. Then I talk to them to get a a tracking number after I order. When I do that I always get my stuff from them.

I used the chat support as well. Even when they were off line, Dan responded in less than 10 minutes.
I've placed 4 orders over the past 4 months with no issues.

Just yesterday, I took advantage of their Magpul sale (Use "Magpul" coupon code) order shipped today.

Previous order took 2 weeks. But this was around the holidays so maybe they were just busy.

I didn't have a great experience. Contact them before ordering to make sure the items are in stock. The PickUp/Will Call option is for LEO and military only. If you're neither, have it shipped.
