Just to be sure, Locked Unloaded Concealed Carry, means not concealed on your person?

It can be concealed on your person, since it's LOCKED and UNLOADED.
      Please read the Calguns Wiki
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

It just means concealed, there is no difference between having it concealed on your person and having it concealed not on your person. The key word is "concealed."

          Daily!
This is like the dillion plan B but the holster is adjustable. That's a glock 22 in it. It has a built in lock on the zipper that uses a key that looks like a smaller double sided hand cuff key. Been pulled over lots of times and only had one officer spot it.

Allen Locking soft gun cases are also a great way to go.

            They come in 6", 8" 11" & 13"

Just curious, is it legal to LUCC and carry extra mags concealed on the belt?

Turo and bdsmchs, It can be concealed on your person, since it's LOCKED and UNLOADED.

I probably didn't ask the question correctly. I don't mean the gun being concealed, like in a computer or camera case on your belt, or over your shoulder, I meant under your shirt. You are saying if it's in a locked soft case under your shirt, you are good?

                        Other option:

I would, but I am would be too damn paranoid about losing my firearm by carrying it around in a separate case all day.

If you are asking about in your car then yes I do quite regularly. Locked, unloaded, concealed carry... that is just ridiculous how far California has gone.

                            Everyday.

I use one of three options. A Netbook case with my GLOCK 29; a locking CLIPBOARD with my GLOCK 20; A regular briefcase with whatever I desire, lately my GLOCK 35.

If I am out and about this does not scream GUN.! I avoid obvious GUN cases or GUN rugs....Who wants an e check..?..not me..

Open it up and meet Mr. Glock 20 and any number of full magazines

If I am attending a dinner (not work)..then it's NETBOOK CASE time

Open it up and meet Mr. Glock 29 and 2 full magazines

Yes. You can conceal a locked case with an unloaded gun inside of it. There's no law requiring a locked container to be visible, nor is there a law that says the locked, unloaded, concealed firearm must have the container it's locked and unloaded inside of be visible.

Turo, thanks. I am just hung up on the 'capable of being concealed' part of the CA PC code. I am not intending to do this, just trying to understand. It took me about 200 reads to understand UOC
