    LUCC containers

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share thier LUCC containers.

In particular, I was wondering if anyone had modified the wilderness safepacker to lock, as I think that package would be ideal.

I've been using this one inside a backpack/briefcase:

    with this lock:

Works, and doesn't print, holds G27 or P2000SK sized pistol no problem.

      My Maxpedition Fatboy versipack
      -------------------------------

From the outside you can't really tell anything:

But some simple 550 cord abusing the pen holder gives you a "shackle":

Will hold one full-size 1911 and 2 8rd CMC mags:

I like that. I've been eyeballing the maxpedition versipacks for a while. I'm only a little worried about having a murse, but I figure I'll be able to get over it since I know exactly why I'll have a murse...

Punch anyone who calls it a "murse" right in the junk.

          It's a tactical man-satchel.

And it's one of the most convenient and discrete ways I have of toting my .45 to work and back and to destinations in-between.

I'm cheap, so I just take the safety cable that came with my Glock and wrap it around the handle of the Glock case twice so it can't be opened.

Of course I don't walk down the street like this, but it's useful when driving around.

Not to mention anyone who knows what a Maxpedition tactical man sachel is is gonna know what a guy has in one when he's carrying it....cuz honestly.....what guy would carry one if he wasn't packin' heat in it. Will quickly become the new "fanny pack". You can camo it up and cover it in molle straps and buckles all you want......it's still a man-purse.

I posted a couple youtube videos in this thread: http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...highlight=LUCC

A few other people had some good ideas as well. Worth a read.

Blackhawk concealment holster. Locks on the zipper.

Uncle Mike's Federal-size Gunpak is the exact same unit; Blackhawk makes them for UM.

There are also some neat LUCC-dedicated solutions coming out in the future from this company that Nathan and I have been hassling. Better access and more secure locking, than messing with a padlock through a zipper.

                        Never been questioned on it.

I guess "*** bag" is no longer acceptable?
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but would something like this (http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/CASE050-1.html) work for LUCC? I'm not looking to carry around town all the time just something small to carry, perhaps inside a bag, once in awhile (when needed).
