9mm = Speer Gold Dot 124 gr +p

Handgun calibers it's Federal Hydra Shock. I have them in .380, .38+P, 9, .40 and .45. Only exception is for my three inch 629, which I stoke with Federal .44 Special 200 grain SWHP.

Shotgun... Federal or Remington 00Buck and Federal Tru-Ball rifled slugs, 2 3/4 inch all the way around, even though my HD guns are 3 inch chambers.

Carbine: Malay M193 ball (VERY hot), 14.5" 1in9 twist barrel.
Shotgun: 9 ball, 00 Buck, 1350 fps (handload)

BTW, full power 240 JHP 44 Mag has WAY too much penetration and will most likely completely overpenetrate a typical human body. Very bad HD load.
