Hunter's safety license exempts you from H.S.C myth or fact?

I wouldn't think it does, but I have to ask whether a Hunters's safety license (or is it a stamp?) exempts one from having to take the H.S.C.

Or perhaps it's on an FFL-to-FFL policy basis?

I'd be willing to take the course if indeed this is an exemption.

I believe that is a myth.

C&R + COE = exemption from H.S.C. is another myth correct?

I'm still trying to figure out why my CCW doesn't exempt me from the ten day wait.

Not a myth for C&R handgun transactions. C&R+COE is a valid HSC exemption for C&R handgun transactions.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

But ONLY for C&R handgun transactions. Modern handguns still require the HSC or an exemption from it. I'm exempt...

Yes, sorry I wasn't very clear. I was indeed referring to modern but you already realized what I was thinking/talking about.

DD214 used to exempt you too, now being a Veteran isn't good enough.

Military, Honorably Retired works... Being a Vet isn't enough. If you have a DD214 that shows your status as "Honorably Retired" would work.
