But then I dring a rig, noisey all the time, and can not ware anything over the ears.
Hits to hear things, or so "they" say.

I have some which I had made about 10 yrs ago and still growing strong. I never shoot in doors so I can't comment on how well they do there. But they are great outdoors.

Agree, she made me a set also, very comfortable and really reduce noise, to the point I have to remove one when conversing.

Got a set made by EarPlugsUSA (Linda) a year ago at the OC gun show. Love them. I shoot outdoors mostly and love not wearing the headset especially when temps are high. If I am in a class I will use my electronic muffs or both when shooting indoors.

To use the ear plugs:
All that you do is screw the ear plugs into each ear until the ends meet (or at least it feels that way the first time).
