Been a minute or two since we’ve seen a posting regarding CS’ customer service skills!

IKR, long enough that I thought they were out of business.

I used to do a lot of business there, albeit some years ago. At any rate, I used to get to get along with Zach just fine.

You should probably post more details about what occurred, etc. As this is very vague about the shop. Without knowing is it a personality conflict with you too? Did they give you wrong information, etc.

It's obvious that your upset with the shop and want to cost them business but the question I have is your issue legitimate.

Hey, if he can't get along with the playa known as BP, he's got issues.
There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?

                        This ^.

Years ago I called about a DW 715 revolver. They had it (SSE) and quoted my the price over the phone. Told them I was headed up for it. An hour later after driving up to see/buy it, the price tag was $100 more than was quoted on the phone.

Not saying they marked it up knowing I was on my way or accidentally misquoted, but the price wasn't the same. Given the gruffness of the sales staff, discussing/arguing about price wouldn't have gone anywhere IMO (you don't like the price, leave kind of perspective...I get it).

The handful of times I've been there (if we're/I'm in the "area" [meaning heading N/S on 680 and have extra time] I'll go off the beaten path to CS as they ALWAYS have great inventory (no denying that fact)...at never (that I've noticed) lower than MSRP (understanding small businesses have to make a profit and can't compete with giant and or discount internet sellers).

Last time I was there (maybe mid year 2022), all 1 pound powders were $99.99 (and you could see the 3 or 4 previous price stickers for lower prices). Primers were even crazier...which is probably why they had both primers and powders...there is always someone who will pay it.

Every LGS is different, CS just reinforces some LGS stereotypes.
