    Store a Firearm

    Hi all

I am sure this has been asked on prior post, but I did not find it. Is there a place where a person traveling can store a firearm prior to entering Mexico, then retrieve it once they return.

    Try searching for "storing firearm"

    It works.

      At home.

You're in Sacramento, so it's 600-700 miles straight down I-5 to the border, or 20 miles to the airport. Easier to leave it at home.

As usual CG people respond with low IQ, I do have a CCW, I do plan on doing 3 days in San Diego before traveling to Mexico in my vehicle. I then plan on spending another 3 days in San Diego.
The question remains who has knowledge of storing options, if none then its none. NO need for the extra stuff.

Low IQ is saying you can't find something but searching using your own words reveals the answer.

Low IQ is not providing information such as you have a CCW, that you are traveling to Mexico (but from where?) in your OP but expecting everyone else to read your mind.

Low IQ is insulting those who point you in the right direction (like search for storing firearm)

Low IQ is saying CG people provide low IQ answers yet you don't know the answer yourself, can't be bothered to use the search function and furthermore expect to be silver spoon fed the information.

The question remains, why haven't you yet bothered to search as there is a thread that closely matches your criteria.

                Low IQ indeed.

As for low IQ since you brought it up, we CG people could take the combined IQ of those who replied to your post, divide by a billion and still have a numerically superior IQ to the one in your possession.

These guys do it for $15/month. I'm sure you can store it for just a few days but I have no idea what they charge for that. They also have two indoor ranges if you want to do some shooting.

Good luck...be safe...and bring me back some TACOS!

** They're right off the 5 too...Get off at SeaWorld Drive, head inland across the bridge and take a left at the first traffic light (by the gas station). Then they're down a little ways on your left. And the taco shop across the street is decent.

As usual people leave out a lot of important info. Why not include the fact you’re driving and spending 6 days total in SD and not doing a direct shot across the border.

Folks with your high IQ should be able to answer their own question.

And who goes to Mexico these days anyways? Even the native Mexicans want out of that place.

Tijuana. Murder capitol of the world. Didn't the State Department just release a stay the hell out of TJ warning?

Agree with some of the others. If you're up for being unarmed in Mexico, a few days in San Diego should be easy.
But then again, I'm low IQ.
