We do know that the tyrants who run this state will now Doxx us, will submit a flurry of Unconstitutional laws faster than we can fight them and that they are literally flipping off the Supreme Court's ruling by ignoring it.
Until the Potato Administration is deposed, there will be no Federal relief and unfortunately, there is no Supreme Court law enforcement branch. I'm curious what Trump would have done if this had happened under his term? I don't think Trump is pro 2A but we know that he hated Newsom.NRA Certified Metallic Cartridge Reloading Instructor, Shotgun Instructor and Range Safety Officer

Right from 1788...
It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood: if they be repealed or revised before they are promulg[at]ed, or undergo such incessant changes, that no man who knows what the law is to-day, can guess what it will be to-morrow.What about the 19th? Can the Commerce Clause be used to make it illegal for voting women to buy shoes from another state?Comment

Sounded good. He believes benitez will stand by his original judgement and the fact he took it up like 7 days adter he got it shows he is moving faster then other judges with other cases in same position. Lets just see the after he rules results. Will we get a tro? Will 9th circus actually put the burden on state not us?Comment

Judge Benitez has given them a total of 60 days to get their briefs together than he'll make a decision. The 9th Circuit originally asked him to delay his decision till March 2023 and he told them to pound sand. That's the latest the Armed Scholar has put out.Comment

I used to have some measure of hope that some of this would be quashed in a 'reasonable' period of time. Over the decades, however, I came to realize that, as with numerous other problems, the politicians want the issue instead of a resolution. It makes for easy electioneering as some portion of the voters will always be looking for 'their guy' to fix the problem; typically forgetting that it usually takes more than a single vote and while it can take only one person to 'lead the way,' you still have to have a majority interested in 'solving the problem' to get anything accomplished.
Given, for lack of a better term, the 'Deep State' operatives in the judiciary, the bureaucracy, et al. with their own agenda, saying that ANY restriction is 'hanging by a thread' is more closely akin to "here's what I hope" than it is any realistic assessment regarding the status of anything. It's somewhat akin to Dr. Strange in Avengers: Infinity War declaring that there was ONE scenario where they won. How many possibilities did he look at? 14,000,605?
Now, I don't see our plight as that bad; but, it does speak to the reality of 'the game' in terms of move vs. counter move. I still think in terms of 'resolution' being possible, though not necessarily at the scale or as far reaching (let alone as long lasting) as I used to.Comment
