Sure. They have as much right to enforce whatever rules they see fit on their property. It’s a private business. Your rights stop at their property line. You can simply not frequent their place of business if you disagree with their decisions, political leanings, etc

Thanks for answering my actual question. As for the side talk, while interesting to see the various attitudes, it wasn’t my intention to start a debate about masking.

I agree that a private business has the right refuse service to whomever they choose. At the same time I have the right to not patronize a business that requires me to do something I find to be asinine. My inquiry was to find out what they were enforcing at ASR before driving up there so I wouldn’t have to turn around and go home after they wouldn’t let me breath freely.

Because I've found that what a business will tell you on the phone or post on their website may not be what they are actually doing. For example, the liquor store by my house has 2 signs up saying masks required but they don't enforce it and even the owner doesn't wear one.

Because sometimes what a business posts on a sign or says on the phone is just to cover their *** but in reality they don't enforce their mask rule.

It's private property. Even though I personally agree that a cloth facemask is worthless and an inconvenience, I will put one on if they ask me to. Don't like their rules then act like a man and politely leave.

Correct and that holds true for every business in Los Angeles County . The barber I go to said if she doesn't wear a mask, a customer can complain and she gets fined $500 bucks .

The range easy defeat the mandate by setup one register table outside. There is not mandatory mask at outdoor.

No I never have, nor will I ever wear a mask .
If they force it on me, I will put it on and take it off soon. .

If I were of high risk I would wear a military gas mask, because unlike a bandana, rag or mask, it will stop covid and has eye protection too.

The covid virus is 1000s of times smaller than the dust mask. FWIW I always wear a mask when sanding or blowing leaves, etc.
