In an ideal world, put a hole in his face. And don't tell me, "but its a human life!" No its not. That POS is going to keep on stealing unless he is stopped. He is taking something that you work hard for. If criminals thought there is a chance theyre going to get shot while stealing, they wont do it. And if they do, theyre too stupid and crooked to live anyway.

i would say boiling water... but who has that on hand all the time. but most people would have a pot of hot coffee around depending on time of way.

i actually have one of those mini quick water boiler for like 1 cup sized coffee so i can throw a cup of boiling hot water on his face within 2 minutes?

It's not just the smell, but the body damage. You'll have to patch-up holes, repaint, splice some wires together, etc... lotsa work.
