    That said their prices should be posted so no one is surprised when paying the bill.
    I consider the Armatix debacle to at least been partially driven by greed.

        I agree but if your going to change the way your charging, make it clear. If people are paying by the hour for what equates to a year's membership dues, then the damn range better be operational.

        Case in point, rifle. Steel targets shot up with holes in the center torso, target stands that are shot up so bad that you can't put a paper target in it, less target stands then there are lanes, poorly trained staff that take forever to check you in/ out (which is costing the shooter more money while they are standing in line to check out), and better trained staff.

        You can't have only 3 people running rifle especially when 1 of those 3 is inside the office. People are in more of a rush to get in and out which leads to accidents.

        I'm all for people running their business how they want, but if it's not run well it will go out of business. We can't afford to lose anymore ranges. It's poor management (Betsy) that's too blame if/ when they go out if business.

          How is it a "high end range" and also "half the equipment does not work" ?

              Ranges tend to survive even when they suck because there isn't one on every corner like there is for hamburger joints. Quite a few ranges have gone under though over the years for various reasons.

                Anti Gunners Get their wings everytime a Range Closes...

                We eat our own...
                TURNING and turning in the widening gyre
                The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
                Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
                Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
                The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
                The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
                The best lack all conviction, while the worst
                Are full of passionate intensity.

                  Oaktree ate their own when their greed and stupidity brought in Belinda and Armatix.

                    I posted this last month.

                    I've been there a few times since and I've only paid over $20 once and it was only $30...not a big deal.

                    They have a finite amount of benches so it's probably better if people come, do their thing, and then leave. Besides, with current cost of ammo, unless you're taking 30 second breaks between each time you pull the trigger, you won't be there more than an hour anyway.
                    Too many rifles, not enough time...
