How many dealers are aware of the exemption for C&R+COE holders? Dealers are infamous for making up gun laws worse than Democrat politicians, or "enforcing" laws that don't exist.

To clarify what I was describing... right now there's no way to DROS a handgun and shotgun together due to the bug.. as far as your new shotgun compared to your handgun on 6/11... In theory that's a human review that I hope the analysts don't screw up...., but don't hold your breath...

Not unless exempt from 1-in-30 if it's a centerfire semi-auto. Rimfire semi-auto ok.

Lowers are not Semi-Auto Centerfire Rifles.

issue is getting FFL's to believe that and not make up their own rules on it.

i was hoping to pickup lowers as supply comes back but this may put a damper on it if i can't find a knowledgeable FFL.

You can't DROS any combination of 1 handgun + long gun or 2 long gun unless you have a 1 in 30 exemption.

2 shotguns fail
1 handgun 1 shotgun fail
1 handgun 1 rim fire rifle fail
1 handgun 1 lower fail
Etc...

If you have ffl03+coe you are ok or if you are LEO ok...

Pretty sure it started yesterday. Hopefully they will get it fixed quickly.

Yeah, I know we're talking about the CA DOJ. It won't get fixed until we get a judge to tell them to fix it.
