still going at least twice a week with reduced round counts. 3x/month if private bays are available.

Definitely slowed down on taking out friends and teaching their kids how to shoot.
Getting ready to pull the reloading equipment back out.

I have switched to shooting more archery. Great fun and cheaper reusing the same arrows.
The new compound bows with a release are more accurate then a pistol at 20 yards.

            Me too.^^^

I do not count what I could sell it for, but what I paid.

Several shooting buddies moved, so I have a larger supply than I estimated prior to the CA shipping restrictions.

I am good for a long time or until I go boating.

I meant for me. I have enough primers to last me for years.

For our monthly little action pistol matches that I post about every month at Burro Canyon, we have been limiting the round count due to concern by some of our members at the current cost of ammo. Some of our regulars are younger guys who do not have the financial reserves to stockpile thousands of rounds of ammo, though they have done what they could to build a supply.

Yes, but mainly because of limited range space and hours due to covid lockdowns.

For all the guys who haven't been through the 2 or 3 big ammo shortages in the past 15 years or so, remember to "buy cheap and stack deep" whenever the prices newly normalize -- and just my opinion, I don't think the we'll see 9mm 20cpr and 5.56 for 30cpr as normal pricing again, i think the new normal will be about 50% higher.

Yep. Was going to the range every week, sometimes twice per week. Now I just dry fire practice at home (last night was putting the new 1911 through it's paces and practicing malfunction clearances for time).

I've picked up two new handguns in the last month and will head to the range next week just to test fire them and put some rounds through them before heading to Front Sight in a few weeks for a 2-day skill builder.

Sucks because I was going to start attending a Saturday night steel shoot that a local range hosts, but not now with the lack of ammo available and sky high prices. I only have about 6k rounds hoarded, and just rationing it to see how things pan out.

I need to begin rationing going into 2021...

This came out from my feed - and this shortage is taking longer than anticipated. Summer of 2021!?!

We bought multiple times popular online ammo shops over the course of a year. These are our favorite based on pricing, shipping, & selection.

Laid in a ten-year supply a couple of years ago, no need to cut back at this time.

Went this morning and shot 500 rounds of .45ACP. I felt the tears of many liberals in need of ammo each time I pulled the trigger. Felt Great.

Yes. A lot of 22 shooting now. The 10/22 is getting a work out.
