I know the ATF sent a cease and desist order to Q Firearms regarding their "honey badger" pistol, but that was all I heard. I just picked up a pistol lower at PSA on Tuesday and they didn't say anything to me. It was weird, because I gave them my CCW and they still made me fill out a 4473. Here, you don't have to 4473 a firearm with your CCW, but I didn't ask. It was busy and I had to get to a dinner with family.

My own personal opinion is that this if FUDD, but who knows, I don't work at the ATF. I think if this were true, there would be a run on pistol lowers and PSA would be taxing more than the $50 a pop they put on all their lowers after joey B was "confirmed" 3 weeks ago...

If this is true, I need to pull the trigger and get the AR 10mm pistol I have had my eye on.

All you AR pistol brace guys KNOW that the Biden BATF will be outlawing all these things as SBR work around's right? They will be "banned" not restricted/grandfathered as the brace itself is not a 2A protected firearm. Sell them all now while you can and save the whining later on.

This is very likely, but removing the brace off the buffer tube should suffice. Worse come to worst, they'll have to get an ATF-approved SB15. Yes, it helicopters and it looks ugly but it works (as intended)

I'm glad I can buy stamps for mine. I just pretend I have to buy an expensive, $200 arm brace for each one of them. Just for fun and giggles, I might leave one gun with an unapproved SB Tactical brace on, while quietly carrying the stamp wherever I go.
