    'He's kind of a cowboy, give him a cowboy gun'
    I believe that to be the case. You see a lot of 'out of timeline' firearms in movies and tv.

          never seen those - definitely in for a .50bmg to go with all my other .50bmg cartridge toys

          bummer the gold bullet is oos, hopefully not too long before I'm notified back in stock..

          big fan of the lone ranger myself, my kids too.. thought everyone knew this, explained in the second episode..

          ever wonder why he always gives the capture rewards to the victims? his silver mine was also the source of his operating capital.. he visited and mentioned his silver mine in other episodes as well..

            Did you see the trouble the Lone Ranger got into for giving away one of his silver bullets?

            By Wallace Schwam, MD The Lone Ranger was arrested in Lone Pine, California today for the crime of illegally transferring silver bullets. The famed masked man had just apprehended an armed felon after shooting the gun out of his hand. As was his practice for the last eighty years, he gave a silver bullet to ... Read more

              Silver Bullet

              Ought to work pretty good against a werewolf with covid.

              In folklore, a bullet cast from silver is often one of the few weapons that are effective against a werewolf, witch, vampire, or other monsters. The term is also a metaphor for a simple, seemingly magical, solution to a difficult problem: for example, penicillin was a silver bullet that cured many bacterial infections. Sep 22 2019

                    The "LONE RANGER" is such an iconic American symbol that his mask now resides in;

                    THE SMITHSONIAN MUSEUM OF AMERICAN HISTORY.

                    That is quite an honor for a tv personality.

                      Well if they fit into an old 1911 magazine then it might be a cool way to hide 7 ounces of silver;

                      Someone noted they only have scrap value - well that would be a $180 magazine (or more) right now.
