My wife rolled her eyes and gave me crap last year when I bought another safe and stuffed it with ammo.

My local big 5 has people lining up an hour and a half to two hours before they open (8-8:30). They got a mossberg in the other week (guy didn't mention which one) and someone was in line at 7am to snatch it up.

Insane.

If it was a freer state you could walk up and down that line, "what am I bid for this hundred rounds of 9mm?"

During the last big shortage we were able to easily buy from each other and order online from big suppliers out of state.

Things are even worse this time around in CA due to ppt ammo transfer laws, not being able to buy through mail order, etc..
