Anyways, I’m six months into a pandemic and I’ve needed to haul out an EBR exactly no times. Haven’t been in any gunfights either, so I’ve yet to run out of ammo.

I would think it depend on the range.

• Spitting distance - 1911, 45 ACP
  
• Urban - 9X19 carbine
  
• Jungle - AR in 5.56 with iron sights
  
• Rural - Scoped AR with match ammo
  
• Desert - Bolt action 7.62 NATO w/scope

Pretty sure you won't know the yardage 1 minute ahead of time unless you have 1000 m perimeter cleared. In my neighborhood I could be snipe from 7 or 800 yards at the farthest but theres hundreds of hiding spot a lot closer .

AR15s are evil, it was in all the papers.
I'll have to rely on a couple of M1 Carbines. The 1944 is very reliable and very accurate. The new one has not been broken in yet. The last resort would be the lever actions and then handguns.

flavored MD 20/20 should hold off the BGs for long time.
