Man, I wish Randall wasn't so far north. My *** is too lazy to drive that far. I need a kick or something.

The quality of Randall’s work, and the peace of mind the work was done correctly, was worth the two hour drive to me.

Randall's attention to detail and skill as a gunsmith is second to none.
He has built 8 AR's for me, and 2 precision rifles. His pin & weld jobs are clean and beautiful.

I love to pick his brain when I'm there. Great guy.

So the OP is asking where the guy with all the guns is located? Sure, I'll tell you.

Take Interstate 10. Go 82 miles east. Hang a right at the gas station with the outside pumps, travel
another 4 miles south, pull into the Denney's on the left, walk in and ask the waitress, ''Where the f...am I?"

I just want to let everyone know he got back to me late last night. WELL WELL WORTH THE DRIVE TO SEE RANDALL.

I got to observe him do the barrel chop, threading, and pin and weld and hes a world class machinist and gun smith. I would highly recommend doing business with him and I'll be going to him again for my next build. Thank you to to the dude who texted him for me MUCH APPRECIATED!

Unfortunately everyone in SoCal has 4-8 week wait on work like this and almost no one was able to cut and thread my barrel. He did a fantastic job. 100% perfect work.

Yes, there are others willing to charge you money and butcher your barrel. Look at the horror stories posted on calgun and other forums about shops doing sub standard bubba grade gun smithing.

Threading a barrel is precision work that will not be done properly unless your gunsmith is a first rate machinist as well.

That is why people go to Randall. He does excellent work.

It has been well worth the drive for me to have Randall do work. Fast, professional and always fairly priced.

Another satisfied AR15 Barrels customer here.

Randall is legit and the work is high quality. Well worth the drive and very affordable for a job that may take weeks or months with another gunsmith. Dont know of any CalGunners who do not vouch for him after getting work done there.

Guys buy a oxygen/acetylene rig and braze on the brake yourself. It’s simple.
