357 MAG Colt Trooper MK5. Gun was stolen the first year I got it. I learned from that experience to never love an object. Went out and bought another one but we just stayed friends this time.

First pistol I bought? My Colt 1911 - got it on my CCW permit. Haven't done much to it over the years, still runs like a champ.
Buy made in USA whenever possible.

Ruger MkI in 1988 and Ruger Mini 14 in 1990. Still have them both and still take them to the range every few months.

Lee-Enfield No. 4 Mark I (t), with scope. $20.00 in 1963. About the same time I bought a DCM carbine for $17.50 (plus $2.50 for shipping). Sold the Lee for $100.00 in 1965 when I started college. Had to pay tuition - no free student loans in those days.
Sold the carbine around 1970 - had to buy a Model 19 2.5 inch for $150.00!

Glock 17 was my first pistol, it’s been almost 3 years so I haven’t had it long but I doubt I’ll ever sell any of my guns. My son will have a few cool pieces when I die lol

CZ-75 bought in the late 80s. Sold it during a move.

Regrets? I sold a P7 PSP once...kinda wish I had that one back.

First pistol was a Glock 17. I’ll never sell it. It’s the most trusted firearm I own. It’s on my night stand every night, I wear it on my hip during hunting season and I carry it concealed in the colder months.

First firearm I ever purchased was a Mossberg 500 Flex. Sold it less than a year later because I couldn’t trust it as a home defense firearm. I put 75-100 rounds through it and I had around 10 malfunctions.
