I can't remember the last time I saw that much of my workbench at one time.I am not your lawyer. I am not giving you or anyone else who reads my posts legal advice. I am making off-the-cuff comments that may or may not be accurate and are personal, not professional, opinion. If you think you need a lawyer please retain a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction. Your local bar association may be able to help if you need a referral.

Excess workbench space always accumulates excess crap until the amount of necessary free space is met.
Replace 30ft of your workbench with 30ft of lista/vidmar drawers.
Move everything off the remaining 20ft of workbench into the drawers.
Within a couple weeks, you should still have 2ft of workbench free.Randall Rausch
