No, because you'd still be limited to a Max overall of 26" per feds for rifles. But as long as it's 26+ and state AW is tossed them you could

Do law folders side step the length requirements as they can not be fired while folded?

I'm far from an expert, but I think the consensus is they do not, as you can fire while folded (granted, only once)

No, because the firearm can still fire when it is folded.
^Even though doing so is not recommended and can damage the firearm. Nothing prevents the firearm from discharging a round when it is folded.

I crossed out the inaccuracies in the above post. Which happens to be everything this person wrote.

I'll never understand why people reply to things they know nothing about.

Did this guy actually re-block his mags after freedom week? Crazy.

If you were concerned that this hypothetical situation would only apply to new guns, why wouldn't you just finish out a bunch of 80% lowers as soon as whatever happens happens?

I wouldn’t hold my breath on freedom week 2.0 by the time you have bought the gun and the dumb 10 day wait would be over to pick it up the gun that was legal 10 days ago isn’t going to be legal on the pick up date because they will put a hold on the ruling like the mags

Would a sks rifle , regardless of model/make, be legal with a freedom hi cap detachable magazine/ drum, not fixed if freedom week 2 happens.
How about a sks model d/m that takes ak magazines , would that be legal during freedom week 2 to purchase from an importer willing to ship in.
Folding stocks bullpup stocks would be ok too under 30 for 16inch length rifles , i know about 922r, i dont want to get into a whole debate about that or bubba a sks drama, its about personal choice for me.

Unless Benitez gives a two week freedom week for just that reason. He is an intelligent man. He would not do that for just a week knowing about the ten day wait!

I already took all the libtard parts off my rifle so as soon as we have FW2 I can install the non-libtard parts. I bet I can install them before a stay is granted!

not exactly fud as there was a situation that did happen by someone who uploaded their story to youtube.

they were shooting their freedom week mags, then were taken by LA either PD or Sheriff but then they came back with the ruling that benetiz made and the updated CADOJ bulletin and was able to get their mags back.

i'll try to find the thread that was posted here.

                            EDIT:

the CA police there can still take away your HC mags obtained during freedom week under the "Nuisance" law the state passed.

Got my X95 Tavor CA Restricted state 18 inch barrel pinned and welded and fin gripped on order. Taking the grip off will be easy but haven't decided if I'll shorten the barrel and pin a flash hider down to 16/26 or just get a barrel kit. I didn't know nobody made barrel kits yet so it's going to cost 450 for a new IWI 16 inch barrel and bcg. Then it's just a hot swap and I can sell the old barrel to someone else.
