What's to keep some one from bringing a "Buddy" and the buddy is your wife/GF and you cap her and yourself?

Something like this happened a bit ago. It was a mother and a grown son. The mother killed the son and then herself. Still, I suspect the rule reduces the number of suicides at the range. That's different from reducing the number of suicides, I agree.
