I usually go once a month and go thru 150 per pistol. Usually 450 per session and I usually spend four hours there.

One shot every 32 seconds? Do you handload each round as you go?

Depends what guns I'm going to shoot. My last trip was about 100 rounds of 500 S&W Magnum, about 100 rounds of 44 Magnum and about 100 rounds of 357 Magnum.

Wow! so many heavy shooters here. New found freedom isn't changing anything. Ammo is still a comodity to be conserved until I am able to reload or get an ffl03 & COE.

I try to complete my shooting drills and use between 50-75 rounds in under 90minutes.

I bring 100 per gun, and try to shoot at least 50 each.
With sufficient thrust pigs fly just fine.

I'm good for about 2 hours of practice. That could be 200 rounds of handgun ammo or a single box of match rifle ammo. It depends on how you shoot it and what you shoot. Bench shooting takes more time than ammo.

I go up twice a month with 300-400 rounds per caliber, I never shoot it all, well the .45ACP I sometimes do, .45LC I usually shoot 200 of the bunch I took up. 9mm is my least fired caliber, but I still go up 300-400 at a time just in case. I reload, so always have plenty of ammo.

I have specific things to work on each time I go out. So it is 50-75 rounds. After completing that I notice I begin plunking and this is not on the workout so I stop. I shoot twice a month.

That sounds like me too but I have been shooting more 556 and 9mm because they are the cheapest to make. Should have invested in a true progressive a long time ago.

wait, i thought just pulling the trigger as fast as you can and yelling "get some" is all you need to do to make all the bullets land on the target?

and also this is video of me shooting when a damn RO decided to stop me. we all know that when you push the gun forward and shoot at the same time, it means the bullet will go that much faster.

Shoot once a week indoor, typically go through 150 rounds. After that, I just get tired and sloppy so I stop wasting ammo.

I'll also shoot outdoors, every other week, will go through 40-100 rifle rounds depending on what I bring out.
