How much ammo do you usually practice with?

Understanding that this is not what this past week was about, I am wondering how much ammo people usually practice with before and plan to now that we have these mags. Personally I am a cheapskate and used to run 10rd mags with 3-7 rounds in 2 mags and practice mag changes. I would assume that with a full mag one can practice breathing during long shooting sessions too. But bullets are not getting cheaper in CA and neither is gas to go to the range...

Nothing less than 100 rounds per gun I bring excluding 44 magnum. Normally I bring at least two of my CCW guns and then another gun or two.

Generally, I will shoot between 200 and 250 rounds each visit. I hit a range about a mile from my office during lunch breaks at least once and usually twice per week.

Between 100 & 150 every Wednesday at a range I drive right by after work. These new mags will not change the quantity, just how many times I have to reload.

I was going to start a poll too but as long as people keep answering it might do. 2 weeks or 1 month, I don't always bring all my guns but for me I always brought:
            100 for the 556
            100 for 9mm
50 to share with my .357 lever and 6gun
            10-20 for my 1moa guns
            30-60 for the AR10
            50-100 for the 22
            25 for 12g

If I take a couple of 9mm's, 200-250 rounds per range visit

                    45 ACP, about 100 rounds/visit

                    Wheel guns, 50 rounds/visit

I empty each cylinder or magazine once per year whether I need it or not.
