I just wanted to give my personal thanks. I had no clue who started the ball rolling and how deep this goes. I heard you say the other day you were doing 2 day shipping at your expense to help us all out. Well, I put in a small order after reading that despite telling myself "no more mags" to keep you guys going with whatever small profit you're making

Thank YOU and Thank You Everyone else in this thread for knowing we're not trying to be dicks like some people think. We've literally gotten some just plain supportive "hey, you guys rock" phone calls today, and you know what, i'm not gonna lie, it gave me a little boost and I passed that all on to everyone else. so THANK YOU EVERYONE! We truly appreciate it. It sounds like we're down to only a few hundred orders left to get through, so the initial wave is almost completely caught up. That means, if you've got balls enough to keep ordering, we're sending em till we cant. THAT SAID, I can't keep on with the free cancellations. I looked at the Fed Ex tracking history, and it shows my package leaving Memphis at 3:45AM and arriving in Ontario at 5:15AM. They must have flown it here on an SR-71!!

I got the first of two Preppers orders today. Included was a cool sticker that while small, has very big meaning among all the others plastered on my AR safe.

I'm going to close out this thread with praise for Prepper Gun Shop for all they did do right this week. I'm sorry things didn't work out with my order, and I honestly do not believe I was being impatient considering the variables. However, clearly they have come through for a lot of folks, and no matter my frustration, they deserve many thanks for that work.

(PGS also formally approved my refund earlier today)

Why do you want to cancel your order? just because you do not have a tracking number or you might have to wait a little longer for more stock to arrive? You already Purchased the mags, you are good to own them even if they arrive after the 5th. If you cancel your order you miss the window unless you order from somewhere else before 5pm pst April 5th. Why not be patient and wait a few days, you can still get your money back. What is the hurry? I got a tracking number from them the other day and then got an email saying my order was cancelled, I contacted them and they informed me that I was just given the wrong tracking number by one of the other employees and I was given the propper number and the mags are in the next town over and will be here in the morning. Those guys are really swamped and trying to fill all the sudden orders, there are going to be snags. Another shop I ordered mags from did not provide a tracking number but I am not worried, if they come they come if they dont Ill get the charge reversed if I can't get a refund.
Don't forget, for every phone call or email they have to answer or refund to process, that is time they are not packing boxes, processing orders and dropping mags in the mail.
