I saw coverage on several msm sites but ultimately it's just a single court CA issue at the moment, if the 9th appellate upholds I imagine you'll see much more. A SCOTUS appearance could potentially jeopardize all standard cap magazine bans nationwide.

Web searches show no mass coverage. Rolling stone magazine ran a story, mostly from an AP story (that uses a photo with a standard capacity AR magazine upside down and backwards next to a limited magazine and AR) but that adds a whiny section about a judge that barely acknowledges mass shootings. Otherwise no one is saying anything.

It's a single court ruling against a very particular state law which created criminals from prior lawful owners. The ruling has no application to any other state nor has it survived appeal.
