Gives me full view of everyone and I don't have to stress about behind me. I will never sit with my back to people or doorways. If it's not available I'll wait or just leave and go somewhere else.

G1 for the following reason, most likely they are after the register and G1 is a blind spot of perp trying to rob it and it gives the view of all known ingress/egress/bathrooms. Perp would also have to discriminate more targets before identifying on you as a threat.

Have you not seen pulp fiction. They always rob the customers. Way more money in their possession then a restaurant till (credit/debit card receipts are no use to bad guy).

According to the left we're all paranoid for owning/carrying guns. What's the point of carrying if you deprive yourself of situational awareness? Even if you don't carry, being aware of your surroundings is important. You can't react to something you can't see.

No one's saying "don't eat at the restaurant unless you get this seat". Only a hypothetical "ideal" seat.

Paranoia is irrational. Being aware of your immediate surroundings is very rational.

C2 offers reasonable view of main door plus 'cover'.

This. C2 offers some reasonable cover (briefly) if you hug the wall plus more than likely bad guy coming in door will have rear A table in view immediately. C2 table will be a bit obscured so I suppose you count that as some form of concealment.

F2 , close to wall and kitchen exit and still see the front door with only 1 table behind me...

maybe not at all depending on the food they serve (?)

Table A, B, C, D, & - Seats 1 & 2
Preferred seat would be Table C, Seat 2.
