I chose G1 because if offers a view of every direction a threat might come from.

But if I get to choose it would be I2 or I1, in hopes of breathing fresher air.
Hoping the kitchen exhaust fans will pull fresh air from the entry door, every time it’s opened.

I don’t like to breathe other people’s farts and I don’t worry about violence.

D1. I can see the door, hostess and down the hallway to the bathrooms.

F3. It is closest to the kitchen so I will get my food right away and it will be nice and hot.

My concern with C2 is if the threat comes out of the bathroom or kitchen and around the corner he is only five feet away from you before you see him.

G1 because you can't be easily seen from the front door. Notice there is a door into the kitchen from outside? This means the kitchen door is now a threat.
ETA: G1 is also covered by the open front door. No clear line of sight from outside.

C2, is the safest firing line for a threat coming in the front or from the kitchen.
