    If you're talking to me, what I'm looking for is a replacement for my Winchester Model 70 Featherweight that was stolen. It was accurate as far as I can tell, but now I want more of the modern stuff - threaded muzzle, short bolt lift (Ruger American is 70 degrees), and a detachable box magazine.

      Lots of work to get accurate, but rewarding.

      In Oroville:



      there is a nice range out by the airport, concrete benches, 400 mtr berm.

      I like to sit down with a coffee (have a smoke if...), relax, take a shot, sip of coffee. Look through the spotting scope..."ah, I hit it".

      I find it relaxing, always feels good.
