    If I want more guns....
....I also need a bigger boat.
    1. Compared to what?
    2. At what cost?
    3. What hard evidence do you have?

The number of firearms is irrelevant except in terms of available secure storage space.

So, it's not the number of firearms that one should be "fed up" with, it is what one DOES with their firearms that continues to inspire. Are you developing any of your guns? Are you developing specific handloads for certain guns?

My list is simple but task-wise long. I go through periods of time where I have more motivation to continue the tedious task, of, say, pressure-lapping five revolvers. This is a labor-intensive endeavor not only with cleaning the gun every six rounds but then making and handloading pressure-lapping ammunition...

Once I acquire a chronograph, I can further develop handloads for a .41 Magnum Marlin 1894, 300-grain .44 Mag in a Browning 92, and heavy .44 Special handloads using both LSWC and LFN bullet designs.

And then there's the simple but fun task of maintaining proficiency with my .45 autos, burning through 200-250 rounds of ball at different, designated shooting areas and target ranges... and the occasional 50 rounds of .308 Winchester from a 7-lb bolt rifle. It never ends! Thank goodness.

Not so much ... in fact ... not at all.

Limit? As many as the safe(s) will hold. And a few more, just for good measure. It’s a sickness.

They make great paperweights, doorsteps, wall art, etc. Limitless uses.

The roster has done it's work. For me, the only two handguns I'd feel remotely compelled to get are a Beretta 92 for Die Hard/Lethal Weapon nostalgia and maybe some 8 shot revolver for revolver games in 9mm (929 probably) or cut down .38 colts.

Anything else interesting is off roster and after SSE, I'm sort of done.

Now ... focus on actually shooting what I have.

I'm pretty close to my limit (and I don't own that many). I typically only shoot one or two of them for training/club shoots. The others I just keep for the hell of it. Though I do want to buy a Glock19 sometime soon, just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I wouldnt wait any longer, the Glock 19 is one of the best handguns I ever owned!

Im amazed at the reliability , durability, performance, light weight, it felt like toy gun the first time I handled one

the G19 was my first polymer 9mm handgun, Im hooked on these modern polymer pistols being made today, I use to think they were cheap plastic, not worth it, I wish I bought one sooner.

pretty soon you want more and start building a Glock family.
