Tired of all the "great ideas" being shoved down our throats. My daughter just came back from a trip with a stop in Austin, TX. She hated it. She went to her boyfriend's hometown in Wisconsin where she enjoyed meeting friendly people, who seemed to care about something other than themselves.

If I could go I'd go today, but work and family keeps me here. I'm in the worst of the worst of it - SF. It has become a have/haves not city filled with druggies, crazies, and loonies running everything. All that matters is handling everything in a "feel good" mannerd. Why don't the concerned millennials stop buying the homeless tents and just bring one or two home with them instead.

Gloating is in the eye of the beholder and from there jealously starts.

Congrats to the OP for escaping CA!!! .. our roster isn't going anywhere so it's nice to see the "unsafe" guns you can buy in free parts of the country.

There are those who stay behind enemy lines and fight and then, there are those who run away and somehow think they did a good thing.

Moving to another state isn't "running away".. It's seeking a better life in an area that aligns more with one's desire for freedom.

It's the basis of of our state system. 50 states so that you can choose the one that best fits your beliefs.

After the loss of the Pena case I don't hold much hope for CA. The combination of the corrupt and leftist govt and the inept and leftist 9th Circus Court doesn't provide many paths to gaining 2A freedoms.

So there's hope, just not a lot of it. But I will never fault a man for trying to find a better life for his family.
