Anyone not renewing their FSC

Mine is the handguns only safety card and expires in June 2018. I always have a current hunting license so I'll still be able to buy long guns after my card expires.

I dros'd a handgun last week and it could be what I was missing/wanting but even if it turns out not absolutely perfect I probably still keep it as there aren't many on-roster options if any, that I haven't already owned or tried.

So, I don't see much point to having the firearm safety card. If they end up requiring it to buy ammo I guess that would be different but as of now I don't have a reason to renew it.

I still have the old one and letting it expire this month. I don't have the urge to buy anymore handguns since all the ones I wanted are off roster and I will not buy kali-price just to own them. I'll just wait until we move to Free State.

if I need to renew it I'll take the test when I need to do so.

Mine won't expire for a while (just renewed when my HSC expired), so hopefully I'll hit the lotto and be out of this godforsaken place by then.

If something shows up that is worth it, i will renew then.

Not much left that I want and am willing to pay for in this state.

I don't know when it expires. It may already have expired.

I will not need to renew it. And I will not renew it. It is pure nonsense, and I will no longer abide it.

Wow, I thought I'd get flamed but you guys are doing the same.

The last couple years have been bitter sweet for me as I had to sell most of what I had to cover tuition but I replaced the few I felt I wanted the most and I'm at a point where I'm content with the few I have.

Part of this is a result of already having owned or tried a lot, and being limited by the roster there aren't any new semi-auto handguns to keep the search going!

there really isnt much left on the roster that I would want, the new RUGER 9mm carbine looks interesting, but those will probably get banned too shortly.

it seems everytime I buy a new gun it gets banned shortly after I have it.

I didn't renew my FSC instructor cert. I didn't issue enough cards to justify renewing it. So I will test the next time I buy something.

I live in a city that doesn't issue so I'm out of luck, but hopefully we get national reciprocity!

Coincidentally, that was the reason for this last purchase. I wanted something that could be used for concealed carry but regardless I would still carry it when hunting or fishing so it won't go to waste.
