I went for the $100 MGW 309 Model. Removes the factory angled sights, and installs new sights of similar angled configuration. They make a separate 309 model for straight sided sights. I knew what I was going to be taking off and installing and that this would work for me. Very well made, just have to lube the threads each time.

They make an adapter that works for the G43 and I think at least one other model, for $25 or so.

This is my current favorite. For $65 it can't be beat.

Bought one of these and it's a well-made, easy to use tool. Installed a rear sight and adjusted two others with it already and wish I had it sooner.
