I have a question about ammo. I have roughly 500 mini 12ga slugs that I have no use for, as I don't own a 12ga anymore. Am I stuck with the ammo now? Or is there a legal way to sell it?

Lots of mixed comments-
Just like with a firearm, you and the buyer need to show up
1) in person
2) at the same time to a FFL- Federal Firearms Dealer or an Ammo Dealer
Dealer will record the transfer
(Dealers, under federal law, cannot accept returns on ammo, nor buy ammo from you to resell.)Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

Isn't that still considered a SALE even though no money changes hands?
