Hypocrite?

When Taran was asked if any of the Hollywood types he teaches maybe rethink their posture on the 2nd, he deleted the question.

Taran knows he helps train anti-gun celebs for their upcoming movies/tv show gigs. but he doesn't care. in the end, he gets paid and continue to enjoy his exemptions.

i mean you think the owner of that big prop house that provides a lot of the guns for movies/tv shows go talking to his clients about how they should re-think their 2A stance? Doubtful.

Rochelle was the only one that expressed an opinion of this nature - all eleven others were staunchly pro-firearm. Even non-Americans like Denise, the woman from the Czech Republic, understand the importance of the Second Amendment.

What's a little scary is that this interview took place during the SHOT show, where you are literally surrounded by like-minded individuals. There may be a lot of different companies exhibiting, but if there's one common thread that unites them, it's an appreciation and respect for the right to keep and bear arms. If she can state an opinion like this in that environment, imagine what her true feelings are when there isn't such an overwhelming influence.

89LT: I stand corrected - apparently Geissele felt the need to set the record straight, even though the badge was freely given to the attendees. None of us thought it was necessary, but I can see now that Geissele wasn't going to underestimate the stupidity of some people to draw some kind of tenuous connection to the company.

Though, part of me thinks this was a cynical publicity move to get a little bit more extra marketing mileage out of the badge holders.

She is a gun bunny, TTI is somewhat infamous for having them around. They have cut all ties with her (supposedly) and she will be easily replaced with another gun bunny.

Fixed it for you. Those that have been to a trade show know that badge holders in a lot of cases are either swag or advertisement from a show sponsor that is handed out once one gets their entry pass.
