G Shock is the bombdiggity. I'm eternally grateful that the Rolex bug never bit me.

My EDC watch is between a Seiko when it's casual and Rolex when I have a business meeting or special event. I like the G-Shocks though and will be buying one to throw in the EDC rotation.

Not the best photo. But my Hamilton king Kaki serves me well.

9 out of 10 times I wear a G-Shock to the range. The other time is going to be the Blancpain FF Bathyscaphe.

As cliched as it sounds, I would recommend a Submariner no-date since it is probably one of the top all around EDC watches.

G-shocks are pretty much indestructible. Pretty cheap too depending on the model.

Do you guys with rolex actually wear them while shooting? Reason I ask is because one of my buddies was wearing one when we attended a class together and the instructor told him he might want to take it off. He said Rolex told him they recently discovered that almost all warranty issues involve watches worn while shooting.

PP AP. All fine for shooting, what's an "EDC watch" anyway?
