    I agree.
Actually I am a rocket scientist - entered that field decades ago.
Even studied some of The Law during my years in Industry.

It's the Interpretation of the Law that makes it a non-Science.
Then you also have so-called Judges who allow their politics and prejudices to affect their decisions.

For the late buyers, let's hope 12/31 is indeed your deadline to order.

I thought this too. But none of my ammo shipments from SGammo or Midway in the last six months had the ORM-D sticker, only 1.4.

I don't think ORM-D indicates only ammo. I've had butane cartridges delivered with that sticker on the box.

Orm - d was the old label for certain Hazmat items. There is an updated label that exist now. in no way shape or form does it identify ammo. My wife used to do Avon and every box was labeled with orm-d.

There address is listed as being in South Hampton, CT. Unless they have a warehouse located further west, it would seem a possibility the order would arrive after New Years

If you're shooting that much you should be reloading. A Dillon 650 would be a good investment.

                          ,
Damn.....I've been stocking up, but now I'm getting a little nervous now about running out too fast and having to go bend over at an FFL.

Might have to order some more, lol.....

Also, checked ammo prices at Las Vegas gun stores as I was thinking of getting some from my mother in LV (per exception) when I visit, but the prices are much higher than our online favorites

                            Let it ride.

The box will be marked with a haz mat sticker, but UPS won't know if you are having reloading supplies or ammo shipped. I don't see how or why they wouldn't deliver your package.

You can always play it safe and order even more ammo from another vender.

                              Ammunition isn't hazmat.

Already purchased a Dillon 650 but wanted to place my last order and start picking up my own brass.
