    Private Gun Clubs

Besides West End Gun Club, are there any other private gun clubs in So Cal.

    Burbank Rifle and Revolver Club
    San Fernando Valley Sportsman's Club
    Gopher Flats Sportsman's Club
    Panorama Sportsman's Club

I believe SFV, Gopher and Panorama share a range.

In the Mountains you have Arrowhead Fish and Game, they have a private range.

Expect a fairly long wait to get into any of these, fees etc. I have thought about it, but my schedule doesn't allow me to shoot as much anymore.

Our team researched reviews and surveyed readers across our great nation to create our list of the best shooting ranges in the United States.

List of regular shooting matches around So California.. most matches are at private clubs...not sure how up to date this is any more either.

Tri-County Rifle Club, Cuyama, CA. NRA approved matches on the third Sunday of the month. Palma Match on the odd months and 2 x 1,000 yard any / any on the even months.

Yes they do have 1000yd range, but at the expense of closing all the other ranges. The have an everyday 600yd range, pistol, tactical and black powder.
A big +1 for DM. Note that they are in the Angeles Forest, not Lancaster.

Doesn't the Compton Rod and Gun club have a private underground range?

Here's another one that hasn't been mentioned yet...

North County Shootist Association. They utilize a private range on the Pala Indian Rerversation.

The Compton Hunting and Fishing Club has a single station underground range to 100 yards, with a decent-sized shooting room. We have monthly benchrest matches for both centerfire and rimfire. It is, intentionally, a several month process to file an application for membership, which we like to keep under 300 members.

Which one of these does not ask for the first born child plus sucking up to some members for recommendations, etc. Fees are no problem.

Most require sucking up to people you probably don't know.

Most seem to have some form of getting jumped in or prospecting not just paying fees.
