    Nice work OP !
AR shooters would be smart to consider a muzzle protector.
For M14 shooters I think LRB company makes a similiar device.

I put the Springfield Armory Brake on both of mine. It doesn't look the part, but it was the only thing I had to do to make them Featureless.

I'd buy three if you were selling them.
It would be nice if a vendor here on calguns who has capacity could make them for sale. I could never even recover expenses the way that I am making them for myself.

I was just thinking about something similar... I would totally buy one.

Cant find any pics of that hera a2 one. But yours are really nice. Also shortens the overall look since a real one adds length, and this doesn't.

                It's a great idea.
One of the things I like is the fact it doesn't add a lot of length.
I have a 15" hand guard that would cover about 2/3s of one of his crown protectors, it would look pretty cool.

If someone would manufacture that thing, we would sell it.

Before making these a buddy of mine mentioned an idea to make a thin walled aluminum sleeve/nut that extended back inside the handguard. It was 1-1/4 diameter. I drew it up on solidworks and it looked awsome. But it also looked a lot like a suppressed SBR which is not what i was going for at this point.
