    California Legal Supressor from Silencerco

It is not a firearm, so it is not an NFA suppressor, No FFL, No paperwork. California legal.
    It is a muzzle loader

Civilians can now enjoy suppressed shooting in all 50 states with SilencerCo's latest innovation: the suppressed Maxim 50 muzzleloader

but then again, i don't care about CA laws about firearms that are based in nonsense. i would never report anyone having illegal stuff, i would just be envious of them.
The laws in this country are only for those who wishes to follow them.

If they haven't already, CA will find a way to outlaw this. If they wont let us have nunchucks or throwing stars, they aren't gonna let us have this. Because they saw a bad guy use it in a movie once....

Without question, DeLeon, McCarty, et al. will see this:

Gavin Newsom is a lying, cheating slickster and will be is the worst mistake California has ever made if he gets now that he has been elected Governor. Hollywood movie producers look to him and his oleaginous persona as a model for the corrupt "bad guy" politician character. This guy is so greasy, he could lubricate an entire arsenal of AR-15s just by breathing on them.

Cool stuff. Anything that chips away at the NFA I am on board with.

So, it would be illegal for an "antique firearm" to have a "silencer".

What is shown in the video is CA legal, because FFL/SOT are exempt from CA "silencer" laws [PC 33415(c)].

SilencerCo is a FFL/SOT, so it's CA legal for them to make a "silencer" commerical in CA.
Sorry (but I glad), I think you're wrong. Sure, there is no exemption for "antique firearms" however, the definition of "firearm" does not include:

So, these would be perfectly legal to OWN and POSSESS in CA as long as they are not "loaded" per CA's definition of "loaded".
