Of all the things on the internet you find this to be odd? I don't find it odd that people enjoy sharing pictures of things they like with other people who like them.

I do agree that there is no anonimity on the internet.

So where is the newspaper article from your "alalogy"?

in my "alalogy". The story was from a book about true stories of correctional officers and those working with inmates. It was about the games that inmates play. I read some of the stories when I was taking "intro to corrections" about eight or so years ago and cant remember the name of the book.
If I find the title I'll share. Its a really good read to show how "lawful evil" people can be. (yes I know I made a D&Dism)
