Bryce Jennings .380, hard to rack, harder to shoot, grittiest and stiffest trigger pull ever. Couldn't hit the side of a barn from the inside with it.

You guys are all thinking too small.

IIRC the primary rifles of BOTH the UK and Germany for the past 20yrs or so have been POS, the UK prob being well publicized all along and the German prob coming out when the guns were first used outside the training range and began melting under rapid fire.

If WW1 or WW2 was fought today between England and Germany, would anyone get hurt?, or at least hurt by the enemy's guns?

Not sure about the ugly French bullpup, but I haven't heard any good things about it. Seems to have a LOT of extra furniture in the massive top structure. Maybe thats to protect it when dropped.

I think it would make a good short film. Something sparks a war and its gonna be the old England VS Germany third time is the charm.

But both sides having such POS rifles stalls both sides attack plans, just long enough for the rest of the world to bring both parties to their senses and Peace breaks out, and those responsible for the POS rifles and accompanying pork barrel contracts become heroes and awarded Nobel Peace Prizes.

I think you're underestimating both our brothers overseas and their rifles.

Any actual experience with these guns or just repeating the internet? I'd be particularly interested in first hand experience with the R51 and RP9.

I've personally got a Remington R1 Enhanced 1911 in 9mm that runs like a champ after the initial teething. This one shipped with a poor extractor (known issue in 9mm models), once I changed it out for a Wilson Combat extractor, it's been 100%. Although I am still disappointed that Remington couldn't be bothered to use a good 9mm extractor in a 9mm 1911 instead of whatever these guns ship within.

A set of misaligned sights coupled to SiG's arrogant BS "customer service" soured me forever on that particular line of Euro-guns.
