So the buttstock doesn't move it into rifle, meant to be fired from the shoulder, status? I know only Sgt. Rock or his comic book buddies would actually shoot it like that, but you know logic and The State don't often mix.

Rack the bolt back, and look inside the receiver. A lot of home builds were engraved INSIDE back in the day.

Most "A6" builds are not- instead they're Israeli A6 builds, which is their removable bipod unit plus shoulder stock (and flash hider in free states).

The true A6 has the bipod integrated into the barrel shroud, a lightweight (light-ER) barrel, and I believe the flash hider is integrated as part of the shroud/bipod unit. I've only seen one guy with a true A6 done right (it'll be .30-06 too).
