I have a John McGuire build. He does a awesome job. Mine was a Israeli kit so it is 308 and so has the A6 kit. 37 pounds of fun.

$1900 is a solid price if it runs. You didn't mention what it was chambered in.

At the range prepare for people wanting to take pics.

Beware people will see "Machine Gun" and tell you its illegal.

Sorry to thread jack but since so many 1919 owners are here already.

Has anyone tried frangible bullets in their 1919? In feedramp guns they break half the time. I remember someone saying they have run several thousand through theirs.

Even though it has A6 on the side plate, sure looks like an A4 too me.

By the way, your going too love paddle style trigger.

Good grab! Belt Feds are fun and addicting!

If you plan on shooting it a lot start looking for a spare Izzy lock frame, not sure where the denial island is on yours, but if it's low and your lock frame was trimmed to clear it, those little fingers tend to break and jam up things, nice to have a backup... And the izzys have the adjustable screw...

Definitely head over to 1919a4.com, there's lots to learn,
But I don't come 'round here to meet nice people anyway

Hell of a deal. It’s in A4 configuration. Assume $2400 to $3000 for the gun and $350 for the spade grips. Make sure you verify headspace before firing.

                          Mine shoots very well!!

Here's one way too check head space....... out side the receiver.

                            Head spacing inside the receiver..............

So the buttstock doesn't move it into rifle, meant to be fired from the shoulder, status? I know only Sgt. Rock or his comic book buddies would actually shoot it like that, but you know logic and The State don't often mix.

It absolutely is a rifle by any definition it's just that the pistol grip is up above the bottom so it doesn't fall under the assault weapons categories.
