Ammo Bros sucks balls

I never forgot how they gouged and lied to people after New Town, so I hate going there.

Every time I go there, I'm reminded why I hate the place. Unfortunately, my last PPT refused to go to either Alamo or 2A Zone, so I had to do it at Ammo Bros.

I'm at the Cerritos store right now. Six employees behind the counter and only one working. After waiting 25 minutes, I ask if I could get service because my kids and wife are waiting out in the car for me. They tell me to just wait. "It's all right, I'm still getting paid" I hear them say to each other. Yet they have a person whose job it is to sit there and ring people in the door.

Furthermore, their sales people have attitudes and exhibit low gun knowledge. Some of them didn't recognize what I was picking up (a HK P7), so they start playing with it and dry firing without asking me. That's just disrespectful.

The manager at Ammo Bros Cerritos, if it is the same one last [and final time ever] time I was there.

I have made dozens of posts here on CG for 2 yrs, disparaging the policies, lack of professionalism, and propensity to lie to, and about customers. Which include denying customers legal EXEMPTION status in direct conflict with Ca law.

And that is after previously being a loyal patron of the establishment since they opened the doors 10 yrs before the incident.

Not once have they responded. Even to posts on their own "vendors" threads.

So don't hold your breath that they will respond. Or even give a crap.

I purchased my first Glock at Ammo bros years ago. The employees were very lax at the counter taking their time when a manager finally asked if I needed help my response was "yes I am trying to give someone my f*ckin money"

I was on the phone for over 20 minutes today trying to get a question answered. I had to hang up and call back. All I needed to know was if they had a specific reloading bullet in stock.

Yeah Alamo or 2A Zone for me....I have been to the ammo bros Ontario and have been treated well for the three times I've gone. I wouldn't have put up with punks playing with my gun like that after blowing me off...I've been to that location once and felt the same way no one in the store and everyone seemed to be in their own world and you are invisible. Nice score on the P7 I got lucky and picked up one and a P7M8...I'm on the hunt for an M13 currently. One thing you will always appreciate the good places you visit and value their service
