Palmetto State Armory will not only cancel your order if you buy something they can't send you, they will also charge you a fee for going through the trouble. I know you can get your money back from your credit card company, but then PSA probably won't sell to you next time.

Seems I never have these sorts of issues with smaller "hands on" outfits that can adapt and adjust. It's always the corporate outfits that are stuborn with their own rules.

I believe it's really because of recommendations from the corporate legal department. Corporations have lawsuit phobias.

You're right on the money. I believe the smaller outfits need the business, whereas the larger corporations are advised not to take legal risks-too much to lose.

            As for this...

Still taking jabs? Wow, you were admitted to the "Bar" in 1989? There's a difference between being admitted to your local dive bar across the street and being admitted to the BAR. My question had nothing to do with gun laws? Then why give this answer below?

Just basic contracts, eh? An attorney would not make a statement "it was basic contracts" in addition to your poor use of the English language. Lastly, you never commented on my long post about Governing Law, Breach, or Damages. What about specific performance?

            It's been fun. I'm out.

LOL. I'm now back to believing you're a fraud. "The Bar" is the State Bar of California. Admission to the Bar is required for attorneys to practice law in the State of California. To bolster your online credibility, you can read about it here: http://www.calbar.ca.gov/Admissions

I'm guessing the OP couldn't get the answer he was looking for on DU, so it came here to troll.

If I pass the Bar exam without going to law school, can I change my name to Lonestargrizzly, Esq.

I'd be fine with it. Just don't be dumb enough to join an internet gun forum to ask basic legal questions about the enforceability of contracts and then claim you are a second year law student who took, and presumably passed, a Contracts course. You'd be better off just Googling "enforceable contract." And whatever you do, don't claim that you "specialized" in anything as a law student. That's a dead giveaway.

Heck just go ahead and add the "Esquire" now. You'd still be more believeable than the OP.

I'm a second year Poli-sci student so I've only taken Constitutional Law I and II, and Administrative Law, and Criminal Law.
But I hear anyone can duck into the local BAR these days.

Then pray you never get "bullied" in court...assuming you'll get through law school.
