Backpack Rifles, What do you have? Pics?

I didn't think people hunted dear with a 22! You must be a damn good shot.

Years ago I bough a .308 H&R Survival Rifle. Cut the barrel at 16 1/2" and recrowned her.

Good for 150yd shots.

When it was time to eat the steer (bout 1000 lbs), and the butcher came out, got out of his truck with an old single shot .22 I was shocked, what is he going to do with that? Single shot to the head from 10-15 feet, INSTANT kill.

M6 Scout.

I backpacked the front range in CO with a 16" Rossi 92 .357 attached to my pack frame barrel down. Easily pulled up and out if needed. I now carry an M6.

Just right carbine takedown model. Uses Glock mags. Has been reliable, breaks down in about 20 seconds. I wish it was lighter, but all in all, a great little bug out package.
